Go With What Flow?

Posted by:

It feels good to be in the flow, doesn’t it? Can you tell when you’re in or out? Does that lead you to different choices? Where does your flow take you?

I’m asking you to think about this for a couple of reasons.

The first reason is because I was prompted to ponder myself recently when I encountered the following excerpt from my favorite book, “Pronoia,” by Rob Brezsny.

How to Have More Free Will

Posted by:

I love this quote about free will, and especially the quote within the quote, from my all-time favorite book, “Pronoia,” by Rob Brezsny.

“Is there really such a thing as free will, or are our destinies
shaped by forces beyond our control?

What’s Right With You?

Posted by:

Today I was interviewed about doing effective affirmations on a Blog Talk Radio show hosted by my HPTI classmate Aminda R. Courtwright. There is more to it than just thinking positively. We covered some familiar Manifest Positivity topics including alignment, gratitude, pronoia, the inside-out paradigm, using the features of your senses (submodalities), and sensory memory.  This was ...
