Happy New Year, dear reader, and may your 2016 be filled with good health and abundant joy!
One thing that supports both of those goals is laughing, even on purpose without any jokes or humor. You may already be aware that “unconditional laughter” is the premise of the global health craze called laughter yoga. This is central to the book I co-wrote last year with Kelley T. Woods called “Laughter For the Health of It.”
My vision for 2016 is posting a daily laughter video every single day to inspire a million or more people to adopt a daily laughter practice. Think about the ripple effects that would come from a million people being happier, healthier and less stressed.
Truly, you can be one in a million! Join our new Facebook group, Daily Laughers.
This group will grow into a community supporting the vision and each other, with awareness and intention for creating ripple effects. It already lists many ways you can start your daily practice now.
